Baby Cakes (Recycled Water Bottle Caps)

Tomorrow is the beginning of Lent.  I'm not Catholic, but I try to pick one thing to give up every year.  Knowing that millions of people around the world will be challenging themselves at the same time is great motivation.  This year, the vice that I chose to go without is candy.   I will be going 40 looong days and nights without sweets.

Mini Terrarium (DIY)

Over the years, I've been lucky enough to work in a few different greenhouses.
Spending my day in the fresh, calming atmosphere was so revitalizing, like a private little place just for me.  These mini terrariums are 1.2" to 1.6", the perfect size to add to your own doll sized greenhouse.

Jewelry Tree (DIY)

Start this project with a long nature walk to search for the perfect branch!  Your branch should have lots of little branches and look like a miniature tree.  The stick I used is about 18 inches tall, but it can be what ever size you like.   A dead branch is best for this project since the wood is already dry and the tree it came from no longer needs it.
